Neo Monthly Subscription Box

****1st subscription will be sent out in October 2022****Receive a monthly box of gear, clothing, accessories, or other items to complete your Sigma collection. Price includes shipping cost and taxes. You do not have to be a Neo to receive the subscription.

There will be a different theme each quarter. During the quarter, you will receive a Sigma Business Package, Sigma Casual Package, and a Community Service Package.

 You are able to purchase subscriptions on a monthly or yearly rebillable payment cycle, and you will be billed for your first box at the time of your initial purchase.  You can select the monthly subscription or the yearly subscription. 

Subscriptions will automatically renew by month or year until you cancel your subscription.

Boxes will be mailed out on the 15th of each month. Cut off date for payment of the boxes will be the 6th of each month. For example if you purchase a subscription on May 6th you will get a May box. However, if you purchase a box on May 7th, you will receive your 1st box in June.

After your first box has shipped, you’ll start with our regular and billing and shipping cycle. The SGRHO Subscription Box Monthly Rebillable Subscription, will be bill monthly and ship by the 15th of each month. You will always receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so that you may follow your box's progress! 

If we made an error packing your Subscription Box, the exchange will be promptly honored free of charge to you. There are no refunds for Subscription  Boxes unwanted by you. Please make sure you select the correct size when signing up. We will not exchange items due to wrong size selection. Please note that some items are color theme and will not have branding on them.
