AS OF DECEMBER 13, 2020, WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING RETURNS OR EXCHANGES TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR STAFF MEMBERS DUE TO COVID-19. PLEASE REVIEW THE SIZING CHARTS OR ASK ABOUT SIZING BEFORE PURCHASING.
15 days return/exchange policy for store credit for unworn and unwash items. Customer must pay shipping both ways plus a 15% restocking fee. If product is damaged or used, the vendor has the right to deny any return. Original Tags must still be on any Exchange and return in the original packaging. Exchange Limit: Only 1 exchange FOR ANY REASON, is permitted.
If a Pre-Sale item is delay due to shipment, you may receive a store credit only if you choose to cancel order. If you have more than one pre-sale items with different dates, your order will be shipped when all items are available.
Custom Orders and Clearance items: All sales are final.
We are not responsible for delayed or late deliveries. Packages that are lost or damaged, customers are responsible for filing claims with USPS or UPS. Once the package status is updated to a delivered status, customers are responsible for contacting the USPS or UPS about missing packages.
